The Great Lakes Flag Football League
The Great Lakes Flag Football League (League) is a platform enabling economic partnership. It will create an unprecedented leap into Congolese and Great Lake youth and community engagement, health and educational workforce development, and professional seafood that offer Great Lake populations greater socioeconomic wellbeing and quality of life.
The DRC and Great Lake Flag Football leagues, supported by infrastructure, aquaculture technology, and health and education services, can develop new, resilient seafood enterprises and hubs that can also detect and counter CCP influence.
The League extends domestic innovation to restore American seafood competitiveness abroad by removing technology barriers and providing Great Lakes seafood enterprises with the means to rapidly and safely grow seafood production and generate revenue through regional collaboration and bilateral partnerships with the U.S.
The League's regional economic influence will benefit all neighboring communities — mitigating insecurity and ensuring a more favorable environment for greater U.S. investment and mineral extraction. Doing so also creates a 'first finders' advantage in Artificial Intelligence that usurps lingering dependence on Chinese investments.

Regional Hub Network
Anchored at Kalemi Okapi's — the flagship hub for Flag Football, Seafood & ISR operations — the network fans out across the Great Lakes region through a series of strategically placed Congo Football-Seafood Hubs and Partner Football-Seafood Hubs spanning the DRC, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Tanzania, and Malawi.
This hub architecture enables rapid deployment of aquaculture technology, health services, and educational workforce programs — creating resilient local economies that generate revenue, mitigate insecurity, and establish a durable U.S. presence across the Great Lakes corridor ahead of any competing foreign investment.
